We are pleased to announce that we have expanded both the amount and breadth of runner prizes for 2024 with help from our partners Sauls of Yorkshire and Yorkshire Runner.
Cash prizes have kindly been supplied by event sponsor Sauls of Yorkshire. Top 3 males and female finishers will receive £200 (1st), £100 (2nd) and £50 (3rd) cash.
Running store vouchers have been kindly supplied again by Yorkshire Runner. Top male and female in each categories: U23, V40, V50, V60, V70 and V80 as well as the 4 club runners comprising the winner team will each receive £30 of vouchers.
All individual winners above will also receive a trophy to keep.
The Jim Read Memorial Trophy will be presented to the club with the 4 highest ranked finishers. Jim was only 52 when he collapsed on Middleton Moor and sadly passed away on October 9th 2021. Once again we are delighted that Jim’s family will be running the race again before presenting this award.
Presenation of these prizes will take place on the main stage in the Event Village at around 13:00.
