Volunteers

We are seeking over 200 volunteers to help with roles from Race Marshalls to supporting visitors in our event village. We would be grateful for as much time as you can afford in preparing for the race, the event itself and the post event clear up. The roles and a brief description are set out below.

Access Control & Parking Meet & Greet visitors, Direct Vehicles to the correct parking on site, Direct pedestrians to Event Village and ensure safe and organised parking East Holmes Fields Sunday 14th July 08:00 – 10:30

Race Marshalls Control access to the course/crossing points, prevent vehicles accessing course during closure, First response and escalation of emergencies Various Sunday 14th July 09:00 – 14:00
Event Village & Finish Zone Meet & Greet Visitors, Control Access to secure areas, respond to visitor questions about the event/town and local facilities East Holmes Fields Sunday 14th July 09:00 – 12:00
